Small Instrument Fleet

 In order to prevent loss of user data from the computers attached to SIF instruments, all researchers should backup and save any essential data. 

 
Small Instrument Fleet general usage guidelines
o Scheduling of instruments is required via iLab
o Cleaning and sanitization should be done by the user of all high touch surfaces on instruments using 70% ethanol before and after use
 

 

Overview of Services

The Small Instrument Fleet offers NYU School of Medicine’s investigators a variety of devices, including polymerase chain reaction systems, advanced imaging tools, and the latest microscopes.
