Overview of Services

NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s Advanced Rodent Transgenics Laboratory (ART-Lab) is a resource for researchers who want to apply advanced molecular genetic techniques in rodent models of physiology and disease. Our lab is experienced at generating novel mutant mouse strains by using gene targeting in mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) and by CRISPR/Cas9 pronuclear microinjection in mouse embryos. Our services also include rederivation, IVF, assisted reproductive technologies, and vitrification systems.
